Mental health psychotherapy intervention

As an occupational therapist, providing mental health psychotherapy interventions means that I would use evidence-based techniques to help individuals manage mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress.

Dr Innocentia Chambale is trained to address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of an individual's life. In mental health, occupational therapists focus on helping individuals develop the skills and strategies needed to participate in meaningful activities, maintain daily routines, and achieve overall well-being.
